About Us

Qom University of Medical Sciences (MUQ) was founded under the title of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Services in 1996. After the promotion of Qom city to province, the educational operation of the University was initiated by the admission of undergraduate nursing students from October 1997. Through the development of educational activities and the establishment of Faculty of Medicine as well as the Faculty of Health, the Ministry of Health and Medical Education agreed to upgrade the Faculty of Medicine and Health Services to Qom University of Medical Sciences and Health Services since 2004.
