Student Self Service of Abadan University of Medical Sciences
Preparation, cooking and distribution of student meals takes place at student self-service of the faculty . The restaurant serves between 850 and 1000 presses per day for lunch and about 650 presses for dinner . This has caused problems, especially when delivering food. The self-service, which has two separate halls, has a capacity of 220 for the female students and 230 for the male students .
In addition to the facility problems, the student self-service sewer collection system faces many problems. The cooking equipment is very defective and the existing equipment, especially the cooking boilers and barbecues, is worn out.
Also, due to the low capacity of the self-service kitchen, industrialization is no longer possible.
