Advanced medical clinical specialty program is presented for those academic programs which are subject to advanced trainings and to upgrade the medical practical skills of graduates and those which cannot be presented in the form of medical sub-specialty programs. Fellow denotes to a person who acquire practical skills and theory trainings and do research activities holding medical specialty degree.
