Vision

Mission

The main mission of the field is to educate people who can test the blood and other fluids and body tissues in clinical laboratories of hospitals and laboratories of health centers with specialized knowledge that they learn using complex electronic devices and various methods. The information and results obtained from these tests help the physician to diagnose the illness, the treatment process, and maintain the health of the community. Because the field is constantly changing and developing, graduates of this field must be trained to have the knowledge and skills to adapt themselves to the new technology.

Students in laboratory science during their studies are trained in different basic and specialized laboratories including hematology and blood bank, parasitology, mycology, microbiology, virology, biochemistry, immunology, pharmacology and toxicology laboratories under the supervision of specialized professors, associate professors and assistant professors.

Brief Description about School

Fasa University of Medical Sciences for the first time in 1366, with the admission of 32 students, set up a group and field of laboratory sciences at the associate degree. Then, in 2008, 14 undergraduate students were admitted to the bachelor's degree in laboratory sciences, which was followed by the increasing acceptance of the student in this filed is still ongoing.
