Admission requirements for students in universities and higher education institutions in the country

Admission of candidates to study in universities and higher education institutions in the country in the form of scholarships and non-scholarships is done by observing the following admission conditions and through a national exam.

A- Scholarship acceptance:

Admission of candidates, applicants for scholarships of the Islamic Republic of Iran from among the scientific elite and based on students desirable educational background, agreements between governments for student exchange, minimum grade point average , age requirement , health certificate And is done according to the approved quotas of the countries

Scholarship students, in addition to free education, benefit from health insurance and single accommodation Admitted students are not eligible for scholarships, ticket fees and travel grants Priority is given to scholarships in postgraduate courses and in the fields of humanities

The maximum period of use of the scholarship is 6 years for undergraduate and 3 years for master and 7 years for professional doctorate and 6 years for specialized doctorate (PHD). He must pay the tuition for the remaining period of study

B- Non-scholarship acceptance:

Necessary scientific conditions for students applying to study A- The minimum grade point average of the total diploma for applicants for the undergraduate course is 12 out of 20 B- The minimum average of the total bachelors degree for the applicants of the masters degree course is 12 out of 20 C- The minimum grade point average of the entire masters degree for doctoral applicants is 14 out of 20

Certificate of health Certificate of financial commitment to cover living expenses and pay tuition of universities or higher education institutions in Iran

Registration Process Documents needed for Undergraduate and Postgraduate students registration You are required to carry the following documents in addition to the payment of the tuition fee upon your arrival in Bam, in order that we can register you during the orientation program. It should be noted that your documents must be translated to English and certified by the Iranian embassy or consulate in your Country. 1. High school diploma (translated in English and certified by the Iranian consulate embassy) for undergraduate 2. High school transcript of records (translated in English and certified by the Iranian consulate embassy) for undergraduate 3. Undergraduate transcript of records (translated in English and certified by the Iranian consulate embassy) for postgraduate 4. Passport and the copy of main pages for undergraduate and Postgraduate 5. 12 pieces of 3 4 sized photos for undergraduate and Postgraduate Important notice: Please note that all your documents are needed to be certified (signed and approved) by: The institute and Universitys which has issued the degree The Ministry of education of your country The Ministry of foreign Affairs of your country Iranian consulate embassy in your country Please keep in mind that all your documents should be original or the copies must be proved same as original. For the documents that are not in English or Persian, the English translation which is approved by a notary public should be also attached to the original documents.
