The short courses are usually the programs that range from a few days to a maximum of six months at GUMS. The students and applicants can take part in a short course during their academic breaks. Also, applicants from other countries can attend the courses. These courses concentrate on a specific subject area and may also be taught at research institutes at GUMS. One can earn credit points for short courses and these will then count towards their academic studies. The courses are usually offered upon request.
